In 2011, Navsari had population of 1,329,672 of which male and female were 678,165 and 651,507 respectively. In 2001 census, Navsari had a population of 1,229,463 of which males were 628,988 and remaining 600,475 were females. Navsari District population constituted 2.20 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Navsari District was at 2.43 percent of Maharashtra population.
