In 2011, Reasi had population of 314,667 of which male and female were 166,461 and 148,206 respectively. In 2001 census, Reasi had a population of 247,694 of which males were 131,783 and remaining 115,911 were females. Reasi District population constituted 2.51 percent of total Maharashtra population.
