In 2011, Badgam had population of 753,745 of which male and female were 398,041 and 355,704 respectively. In 2001 census, Badgam had a population of 607,181 of which males were 314,367 and remaining 292,814 were females. Badgam District population constituted 6.01 percent of total Maharashtra population.
