Badgam District - Population 2011-2024

An official Census 2011 detail of Badgam, a district of Jammu and Kashmir has been released by Directorate of Census Operations in Jammu and Kashmir. Enumeration of key persons was also done by census officials in Badgam District of Jammu and Kashmir.

In 2011, Badgam had population of 753,745 of which male and female were 398,041 and 355,704 respectively. In 2001 census, Badgam had a population of 607,181 of which males were 314,367 and remaining 292,814 were females. Badgam District population constituted 6.01 percent of total Maharashtra population. In 2001 census, this figure for Badgam District was at 5.99 percent of Maharashtra population.

There was change of 24.14 percent in the population compared to population as per 2001. In the previous census of India 2001, Badgam District recorded increase of 30.11 percent to its population compared to 1991.
